Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. The service
AILB provides AI-assisted WhatsApp communication and appointment-booking software for service businesses, operated by Kamran Latif (Lahore, Pakistan). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account & acceptable use
- You must provide accurate business information and keep credentials confidential.
- You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Platform policies and Meta commerce and messaging policies, including obtaining valid opt-in before messaging end users.
- No spam, harassment, unlawful content, or messaging categories prohibited by Meta.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information (services, prices, schedules) that the assistant uses to answer your customers.
3. AI-generated content
The assistant generates replies from the information you configure. While the platform includes guardrails designed to keep replies accurate and on-topic, AI output can occasionally be imperfect. You can review every conversation, take over at any time, and correct configured information. The service is not intended to provide medical, legal or financial advice, and you must not configure it to do so.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed in PKR monthly, quarterly or annually, in advance. Invoices unpaid after their due date may lead to suspension. Plan limits (providers, bookings, AI conversations) apply as described on the pricing page; excess AI usage may be billed per message where enabled. You may cancel anytime; paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Data
Your business data and your customers' data remain yours. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. On termination you may request an export of your data; we will delete tenant data after a reasonable retention window.
6. Availability & support
We target high availability but the service is provided “as is” without a formal SLA on standard plans. WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta's platform and is outside our control.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate business information you configured.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms with notice on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or Meta's policies. Questions: kamranlatifarain@gmail.com.
